Unable to connect to Uberent.com

Hey guys, i have been unable to play PA since the teleporter update. Whenever i launch i get an error stating that it can not connect to uberent.com . I have submitted a ticket and the support said to unblock "uberent.com" I don't now how to unblock websites or if I didn't understand them. Please help me out here.

Can you please post exact error text you get?
Do you use any firewall or anti-virus? Which one?

I use windows firewall and Norton

You need to white list PA.exe in Norton to make it work. This was confirmed by other player with same firewall/AV:

1. I don't have the same error as him
2. I already white listed those two programs
I'm getting pretty frustrated, seems like I am the first with this issue

Did you tried to remove AV and check that again?

I can't remove for reasons but I have turned off all of its funtions and tried but no dice.

Unfortunately AV software usually don't have any option that actually disable it. E.g if anti-virus blocked some connection for any reason it's will remain blocked even if you disable AV from it's interface.

Anyway can you try to ping "uberent.com"? Might be there is some DNS error like "cannot resolve hostname"?
