Can't move the camera further down, so I can`t jump to this system. Edit: This was before fighting a battle. After fighting a battle, the UI worked properly and the button was always selectable.
Zooming in or out and using the middle mouse button to move the galaxy around doesn't help either? You can also try to go to Settings -> Gameplay and adjust the GUI Size slider there.
Indeed, I discovered that zooming does help I was disoriented since I haven't played Galactic War for many months.
