Hello, maybe this is the version of drivers I'm running or something, but when I launch the game I can't see any text in the main box. When I move my mouse around the text shows, but only on the top portion of the screen. Once I'm passed that area, I can't see a cursor in the login fields, and once logged in, nothing seems responsive. I'm on Ubuntu 13.04 with legacy FGLRX drivers for my ATI 4200 card on my laptop.
Ok, so this seems to be similar to another thread, or so it sounds... viewtopic.php?f=73&t=49937 I wonder if by ditching the legacy FGLRX drivers and going with opensource ones if it will work better.
You probably know it's, but I'll post anyway... Don't forged to install latest mesa from xorg-edgers: https://launchpad.net/~xorg-edgers/+archive/ppa And if you using this PPA don't forget to read warnings. Also you probably get better performance if you run game with R600_DEBUG=sb.
Hi, I had the same isssue and I've fixed it with an update of the driver. The 13.15 beta work fine (just a cursor problem, but a lot of people here have this problem). If you can't install the latest beta driver, try to install the latest git Mesa with latest git ati driver.
