I've read lots of responses regarding the issue but am still confused. I'm not sure if they have given an exact statement on why. It seemed like the first patch came out not much later than expected.

I realize this is an old topic but I would just like to understand the issues.

I hope not. Just wondering if Uber has completely ruled out everything with XBOX.

We don't see Xbox changing its policies anytime soon, so no plans on it.

Uber's decision to no longer support 360 is old news. Reason all 14 of the team decided to move forward and fully support Super MNC.

May I ask what policies in particular you have problems with?

I'm sure I've mentioned it multiple times in various threads but not being able to control when updates happen, frequency of updates, what can be in those updates and cost of updates which are in our complete control on Steam.

You're always so vague when commenting on these policies. How about a little candor for once...

Edit: LOL Mickey Candor! Wouldn't that be rich?!

I understand these concerns and obviously i'm unaware of all the loops that our needed to jump through for DLC but is it really unrealistic for you guys to consider at least one DLC with minor game fixes? I'm not asking about multiple updates like you give SMNC. If the community would show enough interest in paying 800 microsoft points for DLC would it really not be worth the man power to put something small together when you guys have a little more time after SMNC?

Because it's not our policies and we can't go into details about things that are out of our hands and it only hurts us long term talking bad about a business partner.

We've covered this to death. There won't be any more updates on the Xbox. Small patch or large patch, the process is identical.

That doesn't really answer my questions when you say this topic has been covered before. This hasn't been talked about for months and I didn't find what I was looking for using the search function. I also never recall reading any stickied threads with an official response about this issue. You seemed willing to answer me so I thought would inquire, my apologies.

Except the process is not identical if we're talking about 1 patch vs multiple patches and DLC. I believe that was the point Peachy was making. He wasn't asking for long term support, he was asking for you to consider 1 patch that would cover the current bugs and exploits.

However, I am not asking for the same thing - the Uber QC staff has left us with enough issues from past patches.

If the Uber QC staff is your friends and family members, I meant no offense.

    Please don't ban me.

The process for us is the same. We can't fix any bugs without doing a pretty major update (because of patch size limitations on Xbox and how much of the base code can change) which would have to include mandatory DLC which we'd rather not charge for. It's a whole lot of work and not something we can do easily like replace the whole game that we can do on Steam. We're not allowed to change the executable on the Xbox version or replace content so it's super tricky.

I don't know that anyone from Uber has ever posted that (in a Global Announcement form) before. You probably should.

On that note, I'm glad you guys found a fix for the Nvidia crash issue.

I really wish you would charge us for some new maps.

Could you guys charge for the update/patch and make it so that if you don't have it, you can get spawn-struck/grenaded/mortared/shurikened? I'm sure I could help you sell that. :)

Ha :) We decided to switch over to SMNC fully about 6 months (maybe 7) ago once we realized that doing an update on Xbox or bringing a version of SMNC on the Xbox would not be possible.

And SMNC is even more fun than MNC! Free updates all the time, new pros, maps, skins, items, taunts and even music!

I can't afford buying a PC for the sole purpose of SMNC :|
