That's our intended min spec. </trolololo>

I doubt a reasonable sized game by itself could, but you could always add more planets / players until you max out the CPU. You'd probably saturate the network long before you can stall out the CPU though, no matter what the game.

don't think so, I doubt a 'max' spec was ever a thing. min specs are obviously around but... max? seems like a silly question. If your computer is that good it will run the game fine.

Max spec was a thing once ... 20 years ago, back when games literally used the CPU clock for timing (ie. faster CPU = faster games). These games are now unplayable without emulation software to slow them down.

So this means that I can render the whole game and then some. I do wonder what the top settings will be tho

I don't intend on upgrading my laptop for a while so I am a 1GB Nvidia 540M 1Gb with 8gb sys ram. Is good enough to push this game! It runs SC2 pretty good....

Can't tell without knowing the CPU, but if it's in line with the rest it should be able to quite easily.

What does that have to do with maxing out a computer?
