Two accounts linked to single steam account

I purchased PA classic in 2014, then I purchased full Titans today. I wanted to have two separate accounts, but the Titans I purchased through steam, logs me out of my PA classic account on my other PC.

Is there a way to unlink one of them from my steam account?

Yes there is a way start Planetary Annihilation without steam than you should be able to play on your two accounts at the same time.
