Tested with no mods - repeated twice, can someone else confirm? Once signed into twitch in the settings I'm able to turn the stream on and keep it on after leaving the settings but I'm not able to for the mic and system sound toggles. These revert to off upon leaving and reentering the settings menu. Also there was no option to save the changes made in the twitch tab of the settings. Not sure if the other twitch servers have been enabled yet but those selections also revert as described above.
