I'm trying to find games in HK. I just joined the Alpha in the last hour, but I can't find any games. Is matchmaking ping based at all? I've tried both US and EU for long periods of waiting with zero progress. Is there any news on when skirmish or even sandbox might become available so I can just start exploring in-game? Is there any info on what times I should aim for to find a game, US I'm sure would be preferred as HK <-> EU ping I wouldn't wish on my worst enemies. Thanks for any tips anyone has for a lonely player
Try joining a game instead of hosting one? If you can't join games then maybe you need to port-forward so people can connect to you.
PA is client-server game, no player connect to other players, everyone connect to Uber-hosted servers.
Ahh! First time I loaded the game the Ubernet Games menu option was greyed out. Maybe it was down, but it's selectable now ! Thanks
You must log-on the Ubernet to "ungray" the option, you're not logged by default when launching the game.
