Titans Legion Community mod update to FAF icons

Hello

I'm attempting to update my mod to support legion to have custom icons for the legion mod but when I add my mod with legion icons to the game the legion icons still show up.

what it the technique for my mod to have final say?

my findings is that you cannot supersed community mods with pamm mods. so if you use community method your mod will respect hierarchy.
