Google is currently blocking stuff that comes from memegenerator.net's CDN. In other words, any pictures from there are flagged as being possibly bad, and the entire page gets blocked. The OP in that thread has a picture of the Ancient Aliens meme in it that's getting flagged. It'll be fixed a few hours, when memegenerator talks to Google about it.
