   So I tried to upgrade from 40$ to 90$. I used paypal, i logged in and when i clicked continue it took me to http://www.uberent.com/pa/ and didn't charge anything from my account.

   Yesterday I had the same bug, use Amazon payments instead, those works fine. Ofcors if you use credit card, not the account money of PayPal. I dont know why PayPal is bugged.
