The pointless replay wait.

    I am so annoyed by this. Replays should have the "empty" phase at the start cut away.

    /shameless push for visibility this can't really only have my single vote :p

    It gives casters time to introduce the players and stuff though. Of course it's not like they can't do that without the wait time but y'know... Just sayin'.

    They start ingame too so its technically part of sim.

    If it paused sim during select landing in a match, it would make collision maps more time accurate, and fix this. wonder why changed from alpha...

    Inaccurate. That's the thing: Depending on how slow or fast players are they spawn at some random minute between 0:00 and 2:00

    Currently Events are shown in the ChronoCam Bar. How about:
    The Chronocam in replay starts as paused at 00:00:00
    The Spawn is defined as an event even Replayers/observers can see, regardless of visibility.

    With those two:
    The game would not start running before your client has loaded.
    You would know when exactly the "real" action starts.

    Note that casters also can see pings and often use "spawn planning pings" during thier casting.
