The USA's drinking age is ridiculous. It has the highest minimun drinking age in the world. When I went to France I drank as much as I wanted since I look like I'm 19.

I don't like beer, too much of a Stoli's fan, but on the occassion I drink it, it's this German make. Dunno what it's called, I don't pay attention to what I drink all that much.

I've never tried that brand, only stuck with Stolichnaya for the most part. You have to tell me if that stuff is good. Another type of good drink I indulge on occassion is sake or soju.

Asking a russian what spirits brand is his favorite is like asking a frenchman what kind of women he prefers.

The only reaction you can hope to get is "wait, there's different kinds?"


On a more serious note, I can't really say.
Afaik the Stolichnaya that gets exported is a Lithuanian knockoff.
It's different from what we get.

Comparing the home brands, I think it's... I dunno, milder? I'm not exactly an alcohol affectionado, but it just feels easier than any other stuff I tasted.

I just had a Tokio Brew Dog at a holiday party. It's 18.7ABV, with some nice chocolate/raspberry/jasmine undertones. Also a 22oz bottle will jack your face up.

My current favorite beer is probably the Southern Tier Pumking Ale. It's absolutely incredible, esp if it's aged for a year or two and allowed to mellow out.
