The game crashes after playing online

    I bought the game on sale yesterday but I can't seem to get it working online. Tutorial and single player matches work fine but whenever I try to play an online match it starts shuddering after a few minutes of play and eventually crashes to the desktop. I really hope this issue can be resolved because the game looks pretty good, I want to play more of it. Here is my unreal engine 3 hostile game log and dxdiag. There wasn't a patch log in the MNC folder.

    Um, guys? Can anyone help me with this? Can you give me at least "We are working on it" or something.

    The problem is still there but sometimes I can play untill the end of the round then it crashes again on the moneyball animation. Maybe I can post some other log or something? PLEASE HELP!

    crashing on the monneyball animation is a known glitch. i personally dont know a fix, as i dont experience it.

    This is still a problem you guys... I haven't been able to play the game at all=(

    Used to happen to me during beta, but hasn't happened once since. I too thought this bug was fixed.

    Idk for sure, but the same thing happened to me and updating my drivers helped. It still happened but it was much less frequent.

    My drivers are up to date. It seems that the issue is more with the weird studding than the moneyball animation itself. Like a memory leak or something. Sometimes it even freezes completely for a few seconds.

    It's been more than a week now and still no solution or even a hint at one. I can't play the game. Is there even an actual support person here? Like a dude that can look at logs and say what's wrong. Or at least say that no I won't be able to play tthe game because of some weird video card/cpu bug or something. There is already a much smaller amount of people playing the game and they are probably pretty good at it I don't want this one to get to the point when I just can't compete with people because they know what to do. I don't know. I'm just frustrated at this whole situation. I buy two copies on the game since it was on sale (one for me, one for a friend) boot it up and can't play a single match for more than a week. Friend's version works fine but we can't play together. Now he is going away for the rest of the summer so we won't play for a while. I was at least hoping to fix it so I could play with people but it still doesn't work. I hope you understand how annoying that is.

    Well normaly the community can step in when there is a mod deficiency but Uber is busy with PAX at the moment.

    Best I can say is wait but I can see that is all you have been able to do.

    It is a serious issue and I'll try to get someone.
