It looks like it should be a link to the halloween unmasking page, but it's actually just randomly-placed links to different class pages
Well, the first banner was the MNC logo surrounded by each character. I never noticed back then, but judging from the links now, clicking on any character would take you to that character's bio page. The link code is still up even though the banner has changed.
Ah, my bad. Well, in regards to the news page, that would make sense since the banner refers to things that are being described on the news page. I mean, if it had to link to something that would be the logical choice, despite that it is linked elsewhere.
