The always juicing Assasin

Can someone please explain to me how an assassin can juice 4 or 5 times within the span of a minute. I'm fairly certain it wasn't because they were on a kill streak, because I killed the assassin and she came back juicing in the matter of seconds.

Killing bots my friend, maybe 10-15 for juice. They gain juice faster than any other class.

I play assassin almost completely exclusively, and I juice alot, sometimes VERY fast.

Remember there are alot of ways to gain juice:

1) killing bots. It doesn't take long as Evil mentioned

2) Bulls eye. I always run to him unless doing so would get me killed or cost my team the game

3) Buying it. This is perhaps the assassin's best juice related advantage, because stealth 2 and passive 3 are the only totally necessary skills for an assassin. This of course means they have alot of extra cash

4) Hitting the money ball. This method can be touchy because it leaves you vulnerable, but with the RoF perk and the sword. An assassin can gain juice quickly from the money ball. I often use the money ball to top off my juice and then kill turrets. Also, I'll hit the money ball and save my juice until someone comes to stop me.


Now, imagine chaining these methods together.

An assassin kills bots until she gains juice. Then, juices into your base and starts killing turrets. Then, bullseye appears, so she smoke bombs away, fills her juice with bullseye, and returns to kill pros, more turrets or a firebase. By now, she probably has enough money to buy juice. Then, of course, she can return to do more damage, and it's not too far fetched to assume the money ball might be down by now, possibly affording her multiple juices, depending on the amount of attention your team can afford to pay the assassin. Then of course she may be able to buy more or bullseye might show up again.

In short, the fact that assassins gain juice faster from killing bots, can get to bullseye very quickly, tend to have extra cash on hand, and can sometimes hit the money ball relatively unnoticed (because they don't do as much damage to it then other classes) all lead to the assassin being able to juice quite often.

This. Pick a bot lane. Guard it with your life. Focus on protecting your front lines in the lanes.

Assault - throw bombs at your own bots. When you see an assasin chopping them up, 'splode.

Sniper - Push bots with explosive shots, and throw ice traps in the bots

Tank - Just push bots

Gunner - Not as effective as the above classes, but I will tell you this - nothing is more deadly to an assassin than a gunner that is rolling gold/silver accuracy and is good with it.

Support - firebase guarding bot lanes. Throw airstrikes at your own bots.

There're right. Pros in the bot lanes are my biggest source of frustration as an assassin!

This is what I do when I play assassin to gain juice fast.
1. Destroy bots
2. When Bullseye comes out, attack him then use juice and kill pros/turrets/bots because I know that Jackbot is going to come out after bullseye. After I finished my juice from bullseye I go ahead and kill jackbot which gives me a lot of juice.

I guess I'm going to have to work on my Assault skills to take care of this problem.

Trust me when I say this - NOTHING shuts down an assassin harder than a good gunner who runs gold/silver accuracy, knows how to claw, and guards the bot lanes.

This. Either that or run tank and literally just do your job (Push the bot lanes with your own bots) You have a very easy time killing assassins (Lighting them on fire negates cloak and most will die to a charge/db combo) Plus if they do manage to grab juice you have 3 tools at your disposal.

1) Your grapple is a very east ring out or at least gets them away from you and your base
2) Charge Lvl 3 lets you stun them and/or ring them out
3) Most people forget that you have a jet gun when they see a juiced assassin running at them. Believe me, that thing still hurts and even if it doesn't kill them you should be able to get them down to at least half health where most assassins will retreat.

Would you rather have you dead or all 6 turrets in your base left as smoldering nubs?
