What kinda t.v shows do you guys like? I am slowly turning into a Trekkie :roll: What about yourselves?
Deadwood dominates all else. Best character acting I've seen. About Trek; I like TNG and DS9, usually when I'm working on stuff I have a livestream of DS9 eps on. I have to groan sometimes at how "generic tv" it is but hey it's fun. I'd actually really like to see a new series of trek but have it go the way of BSG; take the genre seriously. Other than that there's not a whole lot of tv shows I like. South Park is occasionally funny, Family guy has been utter garbage since the writer's strike. Mythbusters was great until they decided they needed to rehash shows. I miss BSG
Not a huge fan of television myself, it seems that 99% of what's on it sucks and the half the shows I imagine I'd be interested in are not on basic cable. I'm not paying extra for more channels full of bad shows and movies I don't like ...But what's good? Lessee... Metalocalypse. Occasionally some Daily Show/Colbert. There've been a few live action sitcoms lately that actually don't suck, gotta say I'm a fan of Raising Hope and the Middle. Heroes seemed okay occasionally, but an hour is a bit long for a weekly drama IMO. Funky that folks that aren't hardcore geeks are into Star Trek. I watched TNG and DS9 when I was younger and they were first airing. In retrospect I have no idea why I watched those shows, I don't believe I understood what was going on at the time at all :lol: :roll: Honestly, gaming is just better than television.
Dexter is where it's at. Season 5 is pretty epic just like the other 4 seasons. Law and Order (any flavor) CSI/CSI NY. I really dislike Miami. House History Channel The Ultimate Fighter
I don't get a chance to watch tv much anymore, but when I do I enjoy.. Deadliest Catch, American Chopper, Drag Race, Frasier, and that pawn shop show ( they get neat things in! ). I'm always glad to see Trek on tho! I use to watch that almost constantly while I was in school, as it was the only quality show on during the daytime. Was a fan of DS9, which I don't think a lot of others like?
I hate tv shows because the way seasons work. I watched Walking Dead, White Collar, and I still watch Adventure Time. Yes, Adventure Time. Then occasionally whatever the parents are watching, various stuff on the science and food networks.
Agreed. I've only seen seasons 1 and 2...just finished them on Netflix. But they are both perdy awesome.
Now that I've finished the 3rd season of Metalocalypse, and The Walking Dead is over, I really don't watch TV at all anymore... Except for when the Cowboys are playing. :lol: *flame shield on*
I don't see how anyone could possibly be at all satisfied with the ending to season five. Anyway, I watch way too many things and I'd end up with an essay of rambly nonsense if I started on any on them without cause.
