Teams badly balanced in lobby?

I don't know if it happened only to me but I was playing with hobo with a shotgun and someone going assasin called mi5 or something. Anyway, the game always seemed to put hobo in the icemen team with the same bad players while on my team the game always put mi5 and other all stars people, veterans, whatever in my team. The teams where pretty unbalanced as most of them ended turtles or only wins for my team.

How does the game choose the players? based of the star rating? or it's just random?

There is no balance, it's random.

mi5 is bad.

Yeah, that sucked. The only game I won was when mi5 tried to juice rush us on Tulleys in OT, while I was waited for them near our bases little entry on the right. The rest of our team had no idea how to defend the turrets/bots.

Although pub games don't matter anyway, one team will always get rolled on.
