Shouldn't these be reversed? Right now it's...

    Team Leader: Top Assists

    Team Player: Top Kills.

Seems to me like a leader would lead the team with most kills and someone who works with the team would have top assists.

    Good Question.

But in a Crossfire match the Team Leader would be someone who Leads the bots, might get assists that way :D

Think a better option would be to change the names competely.

Do you have any idaes what they could be?

It's not a bug. If you are a killing machine you're not bot and objective focused; you're the guy keeping the enemy pros at bay - a necessary function but not the way to win. Being that focused on kills is essentially selfish or at a minimum single minded.

The team leader would be the one driving the objective, and would be the one calling the plays (you go kill the pros and clear the lane, you push the bots) and would be everywhere, helping to accomplish all of the jobs. You'd help your team kill pros but not as your main focus so you'd get a lot of assists.

This is one of the subtle ways to remind people that this is not TDM. The fact that people aren't seeing this kinda reinforces their point.
