After I was killed while performing a taunt, the aiming reticule disappeared.

I found that when I started and finished taunting after respawning, the reticule came back.

I think this is because when you begin a taunt, the reticule is removed to provide a clear view of your character taunting, then when the taunt ends the reticule is place back on the screen. I'm guessing there is nothing in place to put the aiming reticule back other than finishing a taunt.

Bump because it's still in effect today.

It's not just your crosshair, it's your entire HUD that disappears.

Current fix is if you notice this on respawn, taunt again. It'll restore the HUD back to normal. There chances are needs to be something set as a trigger to ensure the screen comes back if you die because I doubt everyone only taunts while in complete coverage.

...Also: Just what IS tiki style and why would I want to 'do it'?

    SWEET waves bruddah!

Only problem with that then is not getting as much cash as you could be getting. Assassins and snipers being big on that aspect as they can normally kill and not have everyone on them afterwords....normally..Still usally a taunt after a kill is almost a free 50 to your pot, and if juiced, I think that becomes 100? Still, your only hurting yourself ( and in retrospect, your team ) if you get a kill alone and don't spend 3 seconds to get that extra moola.

I've found that kill taunting is almost necessary if you're playing base defense and blowing all your cash on turrets. Lately if my team has no support I'll usually go defensive support, in which case I'll even use my juice to bust off three quick taunts for $$$ to upgrade some turrets or increase my hack level.
