This happens constantly to me. I am always getting stuck in the heat of battle, often after doing my Death Blossom. It doesnt matter where I am (near walls, on flat open ground, on slopes, etc.) It happens randomly after I do some attacks, and the only way to get out of it is to do another Death Blossom. I think it happens most frequently when I do a Death Blossom that gets interrupted. For example if I Death Blossom as soon as I see an Assassin, but it is barely too late. A few frames after my Death Blossom, she grapples me. When I am done being grappled, I cant move until I reload and perform a second Death Blossom. I can jump but I think I can only jump up and down, not forward. I think this started only after the last patch. Additionally, if I can recall every time correctly, I do believe it has happened when being grappled out of my Charge also. It has also happened against Bouncers, but not against regular bots, so I am pretty sure it has to do with my moves being countered by grapples, but perhaps not exclusively, as I may recall one time where I simply did a regular Death Blossom, and afterwards I was unable to move until I did another. I think it's also happened to me when my assassin smoke bombs but gets interrupted, I get stuck in one position until I lunge or smoke bomb again.
i have found that tank charge can cause you to get stuck if you charge through the moneyball as it drops you become attached to the money ball and cant move until you are killed
