Something along these lines would be kinda nice. Sniper bots can indeed shoot down incoming tac missiles, but they have an extremely low rate of fire.
It'd be cool to have tactical missile launchers (catapults) shoot down other tactical missiles. No more creep (is that even a thing with these anymore?), though it prevent (reduce effect of) tactical missile attacks from units too.
