After seeing some replays, I find out that even the best players can't scout the enemy base frequently. And this usually causes many problems in middle and late games. Since players want to keep their air units alive, they seldom rush the air units into the enemy base. The players may have no idea what the enemy are doing until some surprising things appears, such as nuke rush, Zeus rush, unit cannon sniping. While the T2 orbital scout is too expensive to get, it may not be so cost efficient to use in middle game. Should we design a T2 air scout with durable HP which allows it to rush into the enemy base?
