Everytime i press my scroll wheel to move my camera it locks and will not unlock camera movement no matter what button i press after this occurs (i am quite sure i have tried everything). I then have to close PA from my desktop once this happens. This only happens in System Manager thou it has not once happened in game.
I have had this happen in game, pressing the arrow keys in any direction seems to unlock the camera and allow free movement.
I have tried this... Obviously :3 but I did find out that F5 refreshes the system manager which works
