Not sure if this is a bug or if I am doing something wrong:

I have a 900 radius desert planet and I want to add a 350 radius lava planet custom template as its moon.
But I can't add it to the desert planet, only to a earth like planet.

Next I take the standard lava planet template with 700 radius and it can be added as a moon to my desert planet with no problem.

So why can't my small lava planet be a moon while the big one has no issues?

Also as a suggestion, have the load system button next to the new system and cancel button would make alot more sence , now I am tempted to select my system and press new system as the load button feels hidden away the current way. :)

There's some weird voodoo going on with planets, their mass and their orbital distance in the Gamma update.
You may need to increase the mass of the planets and moons substantially, just as a guess.

Same issue I've run into. I can't give a bigger planet a moon, but I can make the bigger planet orbit the moon. I'm not sure if it has to do with spawn order or mass or what.

I've seen moons bigger than their parent bodies. The sort of thing that would make Scott Manley rage.
