PMI, but what are those little symbols - look like small PC screens - that appear next to the planet when you're offered a starting planet? Sometimes there are 2, sometimes 3 - what do they signify? I notice that on the planets where you're not offered a starting location that there are none. I can't find reference to them anywhere in the official vids...
