I honestly think 1 of these should have the ability to drain juice from a pro. Even a full juiced one rushing. The hurt beam should be able to drain it but not gain more from doing so. Make a 1/3=gain/drain almost like the health damage. Also flak/shavice/scramblers should have a power to drain the meter as well Anyone else agree? Theres so many ways to exploit gaining juice there should be ways to stop it other then just grapples/charges.
I think the current system if fine. If you don't want that Assassin juicing everything to death, kill her. If that Gunner is glowing, stab him in the back or shoot him in the head.
I like the concept of this; in which Pros can actually 'lose' Juice without dying. As it stands, you can only GAIN Juice. You can't lose it once you have it (short of death).
I don't think it should be added to all of those options, but it is definitely unexplored (?) design space that makes sense. Juice gain is one of the few things in the game that doesn't have a counter, at least short of death. Not sure how much of a difference it would really make, but juice depletion seems like an idea that belongs in the game.
Give juice draining to scramblers in place of their ability to damage pros directly and I think we've got a deal.
