Support AI

Hi, in Supreme Commander they have a level three/four support commander.
when I read about this feature, I was sure that this was going to be a supporting AI. That would allow you to move away from micro management of secondary bases.
As you all know, the support commander is basically a regular unit.

I would love to be able to offload micro management in one off two forms:
1) predefined Macro like plans. like: "build a 3rd level resource blob", or "build a land force base with deffences facing north"
2) support commander with AI, and set simple goals, like: "hold line", "build and attack area"
