You are preaching to the choir. This is kind of like saying you want the Queen and Knight pieces to be in a game of chess.

Then you need to start with choosing good 4-sockets motherboard and 4 best server processors, probably pack of 128GB RAM will be good. Just $9999. :roll:

Oh yeah, you need desktop computer too, but it will be much cheaper, around $5999.

osthoro, one of PA's big selling points is that it will be scalable so that as the hardware improves the PA software will always be able to take advantage of it. A PA "Map" that might bring today's best server to it's knees will play just fine in 2 years time for example.

you finally have the time to try them out, do it!
Patches are a bit of a bum for modders because they wipe PA's files clean of mods and nobody bothers to reinstall them and they get forgotten.
