1:T1 and T2 didn't show much difference. and in my experience, in most time 2 T1 unit is better than 1 T2 unit. And it cost a lot to build a T2 factory. Then why I need T2 unit? 2: It seems we only have one air-defense building? will you consider more AA buildings/units? Because Missile tower is really unreliable against T2 units. Imo, every tier of factories should have at least 5 units. Builder (Building), Light assault(Light armor, fast moving, medium firepower), Heavy unit(Heavy armor, slow, strong firepower), AA(Anti-air), support(Radar, stealth scout, long-range arty, any thing not stand for a face to face battle). BTW, As we have a full metal planet, why i still need to find a mining point to mine metal?
Because they aren't really linked to TA's Metal Maps in any way. Considering the potential capabilities of Metal Planets(destroying planets) it'd be more than just a little OP if you could build hundreds of extractors across them as well. Mike
I'm quite sure that what you say in #1 is not the case. And for #2 I'd second that. A T2 AA tower would be quite nice. Also, more units are going to be added, this is Beta for a reason.
I agree with #2, we need a t2 anti air turret. However, I also think that anti air turrets should be anti air only, there is no reason why they should be able to target ground units.
I don't think it's that much of a problem, but then again that's mainly because Anti Air turrets suck against ground units. It would be cool if T2 anti-air could also shoot down incoming tactical missiles (not Nucks)
Ok i have checked the unit data. It seems a T2 heavy tank is much more stronger than a T1 tank. But when playing the game, I don't feel much difference about them. Maybe it just because they looks same? But When I put about 60 ant and 30 leveler into attack, they dead at almost same rate....the one survived last is an ant... And I have a question. I have built a launchpad and build the space transport(which says it can move unit through planets) And i loaded it with my commander, then I don't know how to send it to other planet! I select it and right click on another planet, it just stay at where it was....
Why do you need Advanced units? Because if you don't build advanced units I'll slaughter you. Levelers have a range of 120 and ants have a range of 100. And since Levelers can take out ants in 1 shot, a large group of Levelers can take out a much larger group of Ants without any losses. Advanced units are a lot better than basic units – but not too much better. Despite Advanced units being so much better than basic units, with how it currently is, all units are valid at all stages of the game. That's the main reason. If Advanced units are so much better than basic units, then there's no point in basic units. What's more, the other main reason for building advanced is for the advanced economy. Advanced Metal Extractors draw 24 metal per second while basic draw 7 per second. Basic energy plants generate 500 energy while advanced energy plants draw 5,000 energy per second. An advanced economy is incredibly powerful and you'll lose the match without it.
I'd guess that because the enemy's units are targeting your T2 first. In answer to your question, to move to orbital lander, just select the move command and click on a planet. It will slowly fly to hover over that spot.
