That's not really a separate feature, it's just an element of the Procedural placement system, which Neutrino has said on a couple occasions that he wants to totally revamp. Mike

Haha, nice Oval shaped orbits started heppening because a large iron metoer hit the sun and created a gravometric anomaly that made stronger gravitational pull on one side of the sun.
