So, I'm at work, and I found a coupon for Subway with the following deals: 1. Free Regular 6-inch Sub (with purchase of a 32 oz. fountain drink or a bag of chips...) 2. Free Regular Footlng or 6 inch sub (with the purchase of equal or great price footlong...) 3. $2 off any Fresh Value Meal Every couple has the following deals, which can be rip apart to use each one individually. And then, I found a pack of 50. I win. Amen.
None of their stuff is "amazing" or "gourmet", but it is $5, and for the price they are big and tasty. They don't always put excessive meat, they don't always have the best veggies, their meatballs actually taste like the ones from canned spagetti and meatballs if you taste them seperate from the sandwich... but their stuff as a whole for $5 is damn good, and I would use 50 coupons if I had 50. Btw, I love meatball, on flatbreat, with black olives, green, yellow, and bell peppers, and purple onion.
I don't know about you guys, but my Subway has: -Mushy, colorless lettuce (It's Iceberg, but it should at least be crunchy) -Globs of processed cheese -Enormous amount of sickeningly moist lunchmeat (Meatballs are decent) -Failbread I could get high quality food for a buck extra at Jason's Deli.
Not a fan of Subway's meatball subs. Quizno's $5 meatball subs were far and away better, but they took them off the menu. But I'd be getting Spicy Italian subs all day. Lucky man.
Jimmy John's and Milio's are waay better, not to diminish your good fortune because I would totally eat there if I had that many coupons.
Every now and again, I think "hey, I haven't been to Subway in a while!". So I get my lunch there. Then, I realise that all the sandwiches taste the same and that I should support my local deli, or just bring in some pasta or something.
You guys can talk about the greatness of your local sandwich all you want, but I still got the coupons. Amen.
