In my last game i saw how enemy's subs don't hurt my Kaiju. They stood by and did not fire. In same time enemy's commander shooting with his torpedoes with no problem. Is it normal?
Except for the commander's super advanced torpedeos, which can jump up and hit hovercraft. Torpedeos from anything else can't. I think it's a good idea so the commander is a little less weak in the mid to late game.
Torpedo weapons are unable to target the hover units, such as Drifter and Kaiju. And you can use Drifter and Kaiju to clear the torpedo launcher safely. You can buy Kraken sub which can shoot the water surface targets, and the Kaiju is unable to return fire.
They really got the commander right this time. In games before PA, he was usually pretty vulnerable to air and underwater things.
