Stutters on spawns and random throughout a match

I know it's going to be busy in here so I will keep it short

Every time I spawn my pc/game will completely freeze up for what seems like up to a second, I am guessing it's an engine thing but it also stops music, frame rate drops to 0, sometimes the game has to play catch up afterwards, nothing really game breaking but very annoying after coming from a rather smooth 360 version.

Also just had a complete game crash as a round ended, it wa about 2 seconds after our ball dropped in overtime so I am thinking maybe the host alt+f4'd in rage and the game went bottoms up, can't think of any other reason as the match played fine (outside of spawning stutters)

Feels real good so far.
