Store Problems please help

I have been trying to buy the Galactic edition from the store but every time I click the Paypal or the Amazon buttons they Just have a circle for loading. Now I have been sitting on this screen for about an hour now and I just do not understand why this is doing this please help.

What browser do you use? Did you tried to checkout in another browser?

Yes, I used Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Internet Explorer and they are all the same loading but these I only waited about 10 minutes on just to make sure.

yes i do :/ infinite loading and never directed to a payment device.

Probably they know how to help you, at least they will try to find where problem is.

No i can acess the payment page but when i press buy, or continue it just take me back to PA pre-order page.

I have done that 4 hours ago.

Buying through steam grants you acess, or do we need to buy Galactic, Cosmic Editions?

The store broke last night for about 6 hours. We reset it and it started working again. Looked like a database issue.
