Sticky: Official PC Issues List - Please Read Before Posting

This is a list of bugs, exploits, and issues that have been reported by the community.
If you have a new issue, please check over this thread to see if it's been posted. Any feedback concerning missing features or balance will not be listed.

If you have a bug or issue that's not listed here, please feel free to make a new post about it. This thread is locked.

  Game crashes on startup
  - See this thread.
  
  Options menu missing video resolution (*) that you use
  - Resolution drop down list is visually missing its scroll bar. Try scrolling with the mouse wheel. This is fixed internally and should be included in the next patch. If the resolution still doesn't show post on the forums and we can add it or you can modify the settings in your ini file to define a custom resolution.
  in notepad open: Documents\My Games\UnrealEngine3\HostileGame\Config\HostileGraphicsSettings.ini
  search for ResX and ResY under [SystemSettings].
  
  Server list is often empty, difficulty connecting to servers when they do show, and disconnecting from games after a minute
  - This is likely a Thomson router issue. These are often rebranded as Speedtouch DSL modems, BT Home Hub and others. More information can be found here.
  
  Player becomes stuck in place with no health and invincible
  - Most common with Assassins, Tanks, and Gunners, though may be possible with all classes. This is a long standing issue we haven't been able to easily reproduce or fix. First hand videos or detailed accounts of what happened just prior to it would be appreciated.
  
  Skills and Weapons don't appear after spawning
  - This currently has no easy work around, it will eventually fix itself if you wait long enough.
  
  Assassin's reload lunge and sprint skills don't work
  - Should fix itself after the player dies. Grappling or taunting may also fix it.
  
  Can't join server due to "server has downloadable content".
  - Servers are running using older or newer versions of the game than you currently are. Future versions of the game shouldn't show these servers in the list anymore.

Please note we cannot give any time frame for when these issues will be fixed, just know we will get to them as soon as we can. We're a small team with limited resources. This list is also not necessarily representative of our internal list, just because an issue isn't listed here doesn't mean we don't know about it and aren't fixing it.
