Steel Peel Spawn Jump Pad

Others have complained about the spawning pillar jump pad on Steel Peel. I have another complaint.

Sometimes when standing over the jump pad, it doesn't give you the options to buy it, so you have to constantly move around trying to "find" the option to buy it. Can be kind of annoying.

Anyone else getting this?

This happens to me all the time in the beginning of the game all of the time. Sometimes other people are able to buy the pad before I can, even when I got there first.
