Steam version + display name - keeps reverting back

I noticed this last night and today on both PC and OSX when I tried launching PA - and it seems it's been discussed before (just not in bugs but I'm not allowed to add the link as a new user - the thread is display-name.51020).

The issue seems to be that you can go into store.uberent.com and change your display name (because I want my display name to match my Twitch/Youtube/Twitter handle) but as soon as I start up PA in Steam, it reverts the display name back to the account name (or steam name, not sure which because I have the same for both - the other thread seems to indicate the latter).

Steps to reproduce:

1) Log into store.uberent.com
2) Click 'Edit' for display name and change
3) Launch PA from Steam
4) Display name reverts back to Steam account name

It's not bug. It's how Steam integration with UberNet done at moment.

But I assume it's not a feature then? Is it known if this will change in the future?

I just clarify this happen because Uber implemented this way and currently it's intended to work like that.

Obviously only developers can tell if this change in future or not.
