Steam Verison not updating

Can't figure out why my steam version of the game isn't updating to 49789

uhhhhhhhhhh nvm, apparently leaving to go to the bathroom did the trick, thanks magical toilet for making my game update heh...

Next time restart Steam and try to verify files.

Ya. One of the reasons I'm staying away from steam for now, with this. I find that updates are not as they're pushed, even for client updates :roll:

Manually verifying files will do the trick. Or you might be able to update thru the uber launcher if you set the path to steamapps/whatever folder PA is in when you install it. That's just a theory btw..... and it should work.

Or, magical update toilet method :shock:

Adding that as possible solution for people with constipation. Bring a book too.
