I filed a support ticket a few days back asking if it was possible to get a steam key for my copy of PA. a couple of days back I received an email, sent to many, detailing how to get such a key through my 'My Keys' page. Sadly the instructions don't seem to work. Am I alone in this or do others have the same problem. Thanks for any help in advance.
