I have recently bought planetary annihilation galactic version for steam and i tried launching it multiple times and i keep getting an error that says (A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.) and i also have not received any of the other thing I'm supposed to get can you give me some advice to fix this problem. thank you.
