Got the game, first time I opened it I just got the accept/deny thing about alpha, then the menu, where 'Ubernet games' was available and lobbies were showing. Stuck on 'starting game' forever though. So I closed it, re-opened and it asked to link to my steam, logged in my ubernet account and now Ubernet games is greyed out. Intentional?

Also, has anyone else had the 'stuck at starting game' issue? The game is allowed through my firewall, and I've added it to my router list.

Saw that 1 second after I posted this. Didn't realise the alpha section had different stickies, my bad there. About to test now.

No luck, tried a few times. PA is allowed through firewall, and ports 9000-9032 are allowed in through the router. Restarted PC to ensure router change went through.

Re-opened PA and it's said I'm connected to a game, choice between reconnect and abandon, hit reconnect and nothing, but it was a one player game.

Anyone else had this issue and solved it with another method?

To me this still sounds like a network issue.

Also what platform are you on?

ahhh another one have the same problem as myself, exactly the same. incredibly frustrating considering I have not yet been able to set foot in a game yet. be a bit of a sad waste of 90 dollars if I cant get in the alpha hope to be fixed soon.

Sorted it. Played a few single-player games last night by smashing the ready button before anyone joined.

Feels like a giant lego sandbox atm!

Well, just play with some other people and you'll feel its like a giant lego sandbox with other children throwing tantrums and thus destroying your carefully built base.
