state of the game

    steamsales happened, good ammount of players got in, but this may or may not lower over the course of a couple weeks .. it´s a matter of how many players want to still stay on the game ... and let´s be honest PA still has issues primarily with ladder

    multiplanet- and orbitalplay will continue to be a mixed bag with the lack of certain units and the current rather questionable settings of orbital visibility imo

    and a couple units not functioning as they should ... .... as well as the occasional tweak/ballance of some other units


    there also is only so much one can do with galactic war and the single unitpool we have .. so i rather consider that done ..

    we can only hope that uber even with its small team continues to suport the game and ad the content and changes nessesary to make the game a better product, and while there has been a rather massive update it primarily was about modding but it doesn´t realy help with the fixing the current issues the coregameplay has ...
    now that may sound a bit like doom and gloom on my part but PA still is a a very unique and enjoyable RTS game to me and i don´t think that the changes asked are neccesarily difficult to make .. compared to what PA offers it´s polishing the last rough edges the game has imo ... the problem is just that polishing these edges is what may make the game that much more enjoyable i think ..

    .. it´s actualy not THAT much anymore but it´s still a pain in the neck ..
