Why is this in general support? Moved to mod support, the links are not made by Uber. Anyway I just started the replay you linked successfully.
Ok. It's working now. Looks like it was tied into some sort of timing with the new build. I couldn't play the game or anything and US servers weren't showing up for igncom either.
