Starting the game in W10 makes subsecond long screech

Hi, I recently upgraded to Windows 10. Every time I start up the game, a very annoying ear piercing screech occurs.

Has any1 else had this problem?

This did not happen when I had W8.1

Yeah, it's a common problem with games using the FMOD sound library. An update has been published by FMOD though. Uber "just" needs to incorporate the newer version in PA. (See FMOD bug report here.)
