This is just a rough layout to the assassin (I don't wanna give too much away) for all you wanna-be Uma Thurmans.

    Endorsements:

    Aptilube - minimal downtime

    LaseRazor - good speed

Survivitol - a nice extra boost in hp

This is just my playstyle. It offers extremely low down time which is very effective.

    Skill leveling:

Passive and dash (skill)at the start. Then upgrade to your sword as soon as possible. Next get to dash 3(skill).

You should save the rest of your money for the Annihilator and buying Juice. You shouldn't need to upgrade stealth anymore due to Aptilube. If you do however have excess cash, go ahead and upgrade your stealth next.

You mainly want to take out Supports, Snipers, and other Assassins. They are the ones that can do the most damage.

Gunners are pretty easy just don't let yourself be known because one body slam will ruin you.

Tank's can survive a back grapple, so if you get the opportunity, go ahead and lunge at them, then smokebomb and grapple. You may need to lunge one more time after that to finish the kill.

Assault can be easy, but sometimes a bit tricky. If your going against an assault that you know can survive a back grapple, try lunging him first. It can be tricky sometimes so be careful.

And that is how I play assassin. You can really piss people off if you play her right.

You use 'dash' in reference to 2 different things, I think.

Dash the skill, and dash the RB attack?

As for fights, not many Assassins know you can restealth 'Y' in the midst of your grapple animation and be stealthed again before you hit the ground. In my mind that is often the difference between life and death in many situations.

I'm not sure I understand the assassins charge attack - does it just do the same damage as a regular sword swing? What purpose is it for? I haven't found much use for it, especially when it can go to far and ring out you.

I mainly use it to get away from enemies.
Another way to use it is either before or after grappling, to make sure that you actually kill them.

Legit, level 3 stealth actually gives your first attack out of it a crit, so I don't know why you wouldn't go ahead and upgrade it.

You can just jump over the gunners slam. Also the y during grapple has been fixed.
