I'm sure many of you remember this ancient thread from the modding forum. Well I've decided to revive it a'new. This thread will be where I post my current works. I am working alongside a friend working on an engine at Digipen Washington State. I've been tasked with mapping and assets. Right now we haven't gotten to real work stages so I'm just kind of creating models. The idea was some spiritual successor to the original Halo Trilogy. It's started out as a personal project with probably no intention of completion. But it's fun challenging myself to up my poly counts! The AR: Stuck with the bullpup design of the original Halo AR. But changed around a few things. Most noticably the Famas-style grip at the top. And a few things toward the back. The Magnum: I have a few variants of this model. Right now working out which I'd rather. This version is the most like the original magnum. It is a bit of an outdated version as I haven't uploaded a picture of how it looks now. At the moment my weapons are very reminiscent of the Halo weapons. But to be honest it's because I feel they're kind of staples of the game. Like the Commanders of TA, SC, and PA. Future weapons I work on should be much less similar. Hopefully. ;P
