Spunky Cola isn't Available in my Country?!

Hi, i'm from Colombia and i just bought the game yesterday, but for some reason the free DLC isn't available in my country... i really want to play this game online, in fact that's the only reason i bought it, but without the Spunky Cola addon i can't access to the multiplayer mode, so... could you help me, por favor???

You could always just make a new account via live.com and use a proxy to have your console appear to be accessing Marketplace from that location. New accounts have a month of gold free anyways and it'd be the perfect excuse to go crazy with downloading all those demos you never knew about

We've had issues in France, Spain and Norway with the DLC. I'll ask Microsoft about Columbia too.
