Spawn locations on multiple planets

Hello,

I recently played PA after a couple of weeks. I think there have been several updates since I last played.

In 1v1 matches against the AI, I found that I could spawn on most of the planets in the system. This was new for me and awesome.

Then, I decided to make a new multi-planet system, but I lost the ability to spawn on different planets. In the "System Designer," there is a new option called "Number of Armies to Preview." For old systems that I created weeks ago, this option is available for each planet. However, newly designed systems have this option greyed out for every planet except the first one that is created. How can I fix this issue?
