Spamming bots!

    There should be a cap as to how many bots can be spawned (gapshots especially) I can't count how many times i've lost because of all the lag 7 or more gapshots bring during overtime.

    There actually is a cap as to how many bots can be on the field at once. What that cap is I have no clue.

    Oh, then the cap should be bigger. 3-4 bots at max.

    I think maybe a limit on Gapshots specifically.

    Those things are monsters anyway, and nothing else causes that much lag. No bots, anyway.

    I only spend my money on gapshots when I play support. I do not support this.

    Too many projectiles being calculated and bot movement patterns being recognized. Even off-host, these things can cause ****ing bull**** framerate lag. One time (off-host) I was playing Spunky and it went to OT when there were a bunch of Gapshots and stuff and whenever there was anything on my screen I had literally about 4 frames per second. I couldn't aim or anything, every time I went to juice on their base I couldn't do anything and got pulverized by turrets that could've easily been avoided without this horrible framerate lag.

    Is that for for one player? Or one team? or both teams?

    Both teams so there COULD be 16 out at once.

    Now what if, say on Spunky, Bouncers just spawned how does that factor in? What about the other bots that spawn naturally? Do they matter?

    No, its the different types of bots i have never payed any attention to how many bots for each bot but when i was re spawning i seen 8 gapshots and my team said "we cant buy anymore". When we mass spawn grimliens i think the max was 16 = 4 button hits. the other bots just die to fast to know how many.

    I was just wondering because I have spawned 10 Gapshots before but walked away after that and wasn't positive if anymore could be spawned or not.

    I think it matters by the overall number of bots on the field.

    This is how it is for me every other game. I like it when games last until overtime but now when I see an enemy support spawn just ONE gapshot, I start juicing to break turrets, bring the ball down, and end it. That's no fun, but it beats a slideshow during overtime.

    So, u wanna lower the number of gapshots allowed on the field because of lag and framerate issues? Thats like cutting toes off because your shoes are too small. Get bigger shoes, or cut the other guys toes off as he buys them.

    Yeah, the game lags up, but hasn't the support class already been nerfed plenty?

    Gapshots are a fairly weak bot. Maybe just harass the support spawning them and he will stop when it becomes a waste of money.

    i see no problem with spawning bots, just kill them when you have map control.
